1 Account Eligibility

Jdlclub services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify the information provided at any time and to suspend accounts in the event of non-compliance.

• Aged 18 years or above at the date of registration.
• Is an individual registering on their own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not included on any gambling exclusion list issued by any regulatory authority.
• Using the platform voluntarily and responsibly.
• Not registering from a region where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.

2 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days depending on the selected payment method and KYC verification status.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes.
• JDLClub reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.
• Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.

4 Bonus & Promotions

JDLClub offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each eligible new user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — users must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• JDLClub reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of system abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash equivalent value.
• All promotional offers have an expiry date. Unused bonuses after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

5 Game Rules

Every game on the jdlclub platform operates under its own rules, accessible directly within the game interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• All games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes.
• Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the user's responsibility. jdlclub is not liable for losses resulting from a disconnection on the user's end.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game result, jdlclub reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the original bet amount.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

6 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. JDLClub will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jdlclub account. Do not reuse the same password from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection — this feature is available in your account settings.
• JDLClub will not be held liable for losses resulting from the sharing of login credentials or the user's own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Inactive login sessions will be automatically terminated after a set period to protect your account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

JDLClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of a terms of use violation.

• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
• Valid fund balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be refunded once all active bets are settled and withdrawal conditions are met.
• Accounts terminated due to fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations are not eligible for balance refunds.
• Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account without written approval from JDLClub.

8 Liability Limits

The jdlclub platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure our services run smoothly at all times, certain limitations apply to our liability.

• JDLClub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims made by users.
• We do not guarantee the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, but we are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

9 Changes to Terms & Conditions
